INTRODUCTION
For the purpose of providing comprehensive healthcare to patients, which allows them optimal recovery &/ or rehabilitation from their illness or injury; the LNH management has initiated a new service, LNH Home Health; to facilitate patient care & to address their health concerns, after they have been discharged from the hospital or following the OPD visit. This had been possible due to the visionary guidance of Dr. Salman Faridi, Medical Director (LNH) who evoked the pertinence of the cause and steered it through out.
SERVICES
LNH Home Health Services provide selected health care services to clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting them to achieve the optimal level of potential in their day-to-day activities. The multidisciplinary care is provided by healthcare professionals who recognize the requirement for a comprehensive assessment of needs, from both the client and professional’s point of view.
LNH Home Health Services help to promote, maintain or restore health, or provide pain & symptom control to acute/chronically ill patients and to patients recently discharged from the hospital who need nursing care &/or restorative therapy. The services are focused on providing the physical and psychological means necessary for the rapid recovery of patients.
