Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Principal in the formulation of policies and strategies for the College of Nursing.
• Strategize, implement and evaluate the diverse educational programs offered at the CON.
• Work with the Principal CON in managing the annual admission process of all academic programs
• Maintain close liaison and correspondence with regulatory bodies
• Assist in designating and evaluating the teaching responsibilities of faculty members.
• Assume the responsibilities of the Principal in her absence/period of leave ensuring the smooth functioning of the CON and programs.
• Responsible for the management of administrative staff and their performance and for performing other administrative duties of the College
• Conduct lectures as and when assigned.
• Attend Nursing Management Committee meetings and address related matters.
• Ensure that updated teaching and learning pedagogies are being adapted by all the faculties.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have MSc.Nursing with 10-12 years of related experience, out of which 4-5 years should be in a managerial/leadership role.
• Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of teaching experience at a recognized institution/College of Nursing.
• Should have experience in nursing academic administration, curriculum development, and the latest teaching methodologies.
• Should be well-versed with the requirement of the regulatory bodies.
• Should have good communication skills in English and Urdu and proficiency in using MS Office.
