Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the assigned area.
  • Develop and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare employment offers/letters and create employee records in the system.
  • Liaise with department heads to assess staffing needs and maintain/update the manpower database.
  • Ensure timely processing of probation confirmations, contract renewals, and annual appraisals, and manage related documentation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines in all staffing-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a large or healthcare organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and staffing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or Oracle HRMS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
