Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the assigned area.
- Develop and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare employment offers/letters and create employee records in the system.
- Liaise with department heads to assess staffing needs and maintain/update the manpower database.
- Ensure timely processing of probation confirmations, contract renewals, and annual appraisals, and manage related documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines in all staffing-related matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a large or healthcare organization.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and staffing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or Oracle HRMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
