Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical verification of assigned areas and departments to ensure accurate tracking of fixed assets.
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of duly authorized asset-related documentation for system updates.
- Maintain comprehensive capital expenditure (CAPEX) records, including asset documentation, inspection reports, and equipment-related data.
- Coordinate with relevant technical or support units to follow up on pending inspections and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Maintain and update quality and compliance documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA in Supply Chain or Finance or an equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Oracle EBS fixed asset module.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communications.
