Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the availability of necessary consumables for all OPDs.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports justifying the usage of consumables across each OPD.
- Communicate any changes or additions to clinical services to all relevant stakeholders via official departmental email.
- Handle telephone inquiries from patients and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register patient appointments in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper functioning of clinic facilities and equipment, and coordinate timely maintenance and repair when needed.
- Maintain updated correspondence and timely follow-up with all outreach centers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree with preferably 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
