ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER - OUTREACH SERVICES
Outreach Services
                            Key Responsibilities:
 
                            
- Responsible for Daily monitoring non-clinical operational services including Housekeeping, Electrical, Engineering, Security, BME and provide documented Service monitoring report to HOD.
 - Liaison with the administration and non-clinical support services at main campus to resolve requests and queries related to outreach staff and Centre.
 - Participation in community campaigns for outreach services promotion and coordinate all logistics.
 - Update Outreach clinic schedule and maintain data and daily reports of the ongoing activities/services/clinics at outreach centers.
 - Coordinate all logistics to arrange meetings, sessions, camps and clinics at outreach centers.
 - Process authorization and indent of instruments and other items required for the Outreach Clinics as requested by the Outreach Staff and Doctors after approval of HOD Outreach
 - Coordinate with Consultants and forward their request related to clinic promotion, publication of printing material, provision of OPD use items to concerned departments after approval of HOD Outreach.
 - Dealing with patients coming to Outreach Centers, inform about the services and handle their feedback and complains as per hospital management protocol.
 - Keep a track of staff attendance at Outreach Centre and coordinate with the concerned parent Department for reliever in case of Emergency or uninformed leave of the Staff.
 - Provide coverage to Home Health service as per instructions of HOD Outreach if needed as a reliever.
 - Any other task assigned by HOD.
 
                            Qualifications and Experience:
 
                            
- Candidate should hold at least a degree of MBA / M.com with at least 3-4 years of related work experience in a Health Care.
 - Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
 - Knowledge of ERP systems.
 - Good communications and interpersonal skills.
