Audit Assistant
Internal Audit
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting internal audits of hospital departments, operational processes, and financial activities.
- Review billing records, patient files, pharmacy transactions, and service documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Check compliance of hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify errors, discrepancies, or irregularities in operational and financial data.
- Support the audit team in preparing working papers, audit findings, and summary reports.
- Conduct routine checks on inventory, fixed assets, cash handling, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather data, documents, and required information.
- Ensure confidentiality of all audit-related information and sensitive hospital records.
- Provide administrative and technical support during audit planning and fieldwork.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Com / BBA / BS (Commerce), with preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
