Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls promptly and transferring them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure proper handling of Operator Console Software.
- Provide correct information by accessing alphabetical and other directories and assist staff.
- Manage operator backup support during shortfall or in any emergency situation.
- Manage calling services for the higher management on the executive desk.
- Ensure efficient handling of emergency / disaster recovery calls.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to institution’s policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Intermediate (preferably Graduate) with 1 to 2 years of related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in use of MS-Office applications.
- Ability to work in shifts, and on-call or emergency duty as required.
