Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare information related to Payroll i.e. Allowances, Deductions & updating data on ERP and reconciliation of the same for preparation of the Monthly Payroll.
- Process final settlements for separated employees in Oracle ERP.
- Maintain accurate Data & system changes and keep records readily available, ensure confidentiality of data and keep back-up.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably MBA in HR or Finance or an equivalent qualification with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in payroll procesing.
- Experience with Oracle EBS will be an added advantage.
- Strong numerical skills and ability to handle large databases, perform compiling, sorting of data and accurate data entry.
- Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
