Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
  • Ensure adherence to all Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System requirements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes or summaries of meeting outcomes.
  • Draft and issue circulars, notices, letters, duty schedules, rosters, logbooks, and any other documents required by the HOD.
  • Support internal and external audits, stocktaking activities, and other Quality Assurance initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to Hospital Housekeeping, as assigned by the HOD.
  • Manage all controlled documents within the department in line with established standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate, preferably Masters, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience of working on ERP preferably Oracle EBS.
  • Knowledge of work safety practices and standards.
