Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile data into structured Excel spreadsheets, maintaining organized folders.
  • Digitize documents through scanning, with accurate data entry into Excel and PDF formats.
  • Identify and correct incomplete or duplicate Medical Record Numbers (MRNs) by cross-referencing data with the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system as required.
  • Classify and segregate patient files into active and inactive categories.
  • Reconcile and verify the total number of scanned entries across Excel and PDF formats.
  • Manage the proper documentation for data handover.
  • Facilitate the secure and organized movement of physical files as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with preferably 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
