Laboratory Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and facilitate effective student teaching, training and learning in the multi-disciplinary clinical laboratory settings.
- Provide adequate guidance and training for students in the clinical laboratory practical in real time and simulated setting with professionalism, guidelines of lab practice, and research
- Collaborate effectively with the Disciplines heads, faculty, instructors, and supervisors and related Healthcare Partner to impart course objectives.
- Support clinical laboratory and adjunct faculty when needed and as per applicability.
- Maintain current knowledge of the clinical laboratory sciences and its disciplines, curriculum, policies, and requirements
- Maintains clinical lab sciences competence and knowledge in area of expertise as well as related disciplines
- Fulfill department or unit responsibilities for admission process, management, reviewing applications for admissions to the School to determine eligibility for enrollment
- Undertake occasional travel duties to seminar and conference-outstation with permission of Head of the department/Principal
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master in Medical Technology OR Master in Medical Sciences (Microbiology, hematology, genetics, hematology), MPhil (biological, health sciences)
- Minimum of 6-7 years of related teaching training and academic-administrative experience
