Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all processes contributing to the performance of clinical / administration departments are conducted properly.
- Manage and maintain databases for the quality system.
- Reporting and facilitating quality events, incidents, queries, and complaints.
- Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues.
- Utilize guidance documents, international standards, or consensus standards and interpret for guidance.
- Communicate any critical compliance risks noted from these activities to senior management
- Timely perform and prepare reports for QA Monitoring Rounds and Internal Audits
- Timely conduct customer feedbacks and prepare trend analysis
- Timely facilitate the development of Quality Management Systems in departments
- Facilitate the clinical & administrative departments in Risk Assessment activities.
- Facilitate External Audits and Regulation Licensing Audits
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS /Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Biochemistry /Microbiology) / Bachelors in Physical Therapy, MScN /BScN and MBA/MPA/ Any Quality related Course would be considered as an additional qualification. Must have 2-4 years’ experience of Hospital / health Care Setting.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
