Senior Security Personnel
Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment across the hospital.
- Develop, review, and enforce security policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with institutional requirements.
- Plan, organize, and supervise training and performance management of security staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare comprehensive incident reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard identification, recommending and implementing mitigation measures.
- Develop and manage duty rosters, ensure optimal manpower deployment, and monitor staff attendance and discipline.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Administration, and other departments to align security coverage and operational activities.
- Liaise with external agencies (law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory bodies) as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Retired from the Armed Forces at the rank of Captain or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 to 6 years in a management role; OR a civilian with a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of experience managing security operations in a large institution.
- Prior experience in a large hospital or healthcare setup will be preferred.
- Strong communications, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
