Outreach Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of non-clinical support services including housekeeping, electrical engineering, security, and Biomedical Engineering (BME), and submission of a documented service monitoring report to the HOD.
- Liaison with the Administration and Support Services at LNH Main Campus to address and resolve requests and queries related to outreach staff and centers.
- Participate in community outreach campaigns and coordination of all associated logistics for service promotion activities.
- Coordination of logistics for meetings, training sessions, medical camps, and clinics conducted at outreach centers.
- Coordination with consultants and processing their requests related to clinic promotion, publication/printing materials, and provision of OPD consumables, after approval from the HOD Outreach.
- Monitoring and ensuring proper cleaning and compliance with infection control protocols at assigned centers.
- Preparation and submission of annual reports for Outreach Services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
