SUPPORT ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support of mobile devices (iPhone/iPad/Android' Windows OS)
- Provide technical support and maintenance of all mobile devices owned by LNH.
- Register and Configure new system, create policies, and install and upgrade apps .
- Install and configure Anti-virus and keep them updated
- Assist with user roll-out and new device registrations.
- Maintain MDM system with health checks, retiring inactive devices, ensures out of compliance devices are removed
- Manage MDM environment upgrades, new server/security patches and mobile platform versions.
- Assist with developing knowledge base articles for end users as well as lT support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS(CS)/BE (CS), degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent education from a recognized Institution
- Should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Systems and Applications support, infrastructure (Windows, AD, GP, DNS, DHCP, CA, Anti-virus), Network testing, troubleshooting and device configuration, in a large organization, preferably In healthcare setup. Candidates having Microsoft certification will be given preference.
- Should have a strong understanding of mobile device- operating systems (i.e. IOS and Android OS). Knowledge of the MDM platform
