Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support of mobile devices (iPhone/iPad/Android' Windows OS)
  • Provide technical support and maintenance of all mobile devices owned by LNH.
  • Register and Configure new system, create policies, and install and upgrade apps .
  • Install and configure Anti-virus and keep them updated
  • Assist with user roll-out and new device registrations.
  • Maintain MDM system with health checks, retiring inactive devices, ensures out of compliance devices are removed
  • Manage MDM environment upgrades, new server/security patches and mobile platform versions.
  • Assist with developing knowledge base articles for end users as well as lT support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS(CS)/BE (CS), degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent education from a recognized Institution
  • Should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Systems and Applications support, infrastructure (Windows, AD, GP, DNS, DHCP, CA, Anti-virus), Network testing, troubleshooting and device configuration, in a large organization, preferably In healthcare setup. Candidates having Microsoft certification will be given preference.
  • Should have a strong understanding of mobile device- operating systems (i.e. IOS and Android OS). Knowledge of the MDM platform
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
