Key Responsibilities:

• Perform statistical analysis and interpretation of research data using SPSS and MS Excel.
• Calculate sample sizes through literature review and guide trainees and house officers in the process.
• Advise trainees and students on research design, data collection tools, and analysis planning.
• Support revisions of research protocols in response to feedback from Ethical Review Committees, CPSP, and reviewers.
• Deliver biostatistics lectures and conduct practical SPSS training sessions.
• Assist in resolving objections in synopsis and dissertations and address feedback from journal editors and reviewers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or Epidemiology with 6 years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and providing research guidance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, graph design, and specialized software including WHO sample size calculator, PASS, GPower, SPSS, MedCalc, and RevMan.
• Demonstrated expertise in sample size calculation and questionnaire design for research proposals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
