Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff at the Reception and allocate duties to ensure maximum performance.
• Educate patients regarding their procedures and related processes.
• Assist patients with financial issues and address complaints effectively.
• Conduct weekly visits to the LNH Outreach Service Centers to monitor operations and ensure performance standards are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
