Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Manage and supervise laboratory staff, including training and performance management.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Laboratory and other hospital departments.
• Enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of laboratory data and reports.
• Contribute to strategic planning, including evaluation and introduction of new equipment and diagnostic tests.
• Support the marketing and promotion of laboratory services.
• Organize and arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of home sampling services and online reporting systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology / Master in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in laboratory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modern diagnostic technologies, regulatory standards, and laboratory accreditation processes.
