Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide healthcare to patients.
- Administer medicines to patients and monitor
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs
- Implement International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) to ensure continuous patient safety.
- Perform periodic patient rounds during shifts
- Complete pre and post-requisites of all specialized invasive and non-invasive treatments.
- Maintain records and reports.
- Ensure timely documentation of assessment findings, care plans, nursing interventions, and evaluation in patient’s file.
- Demonstrate service excellence via attitude, communication, respect, honesty, and care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post RN BSc.N/BSc.N (four years)/Diploma Nursing with 1-2 years’ experience as a Staff Nurse.
- Preferably certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Should be registered with PNC.
