HR Officer, Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of professional registrations and licenses (e.g., PMDC, PNC, Pharmacy Council, PEC) and follow up on renewals to ensure compliance.
- Process employee separations, including resignations, clearances, exit interviews, and necessary system updates.
- Handle employee verification requests and provide required information.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including service letters, salary certificates, EOBI documents, and visa-related letters.
- Facilitate medical insurance where applicable and coordinate inpatient medical facilities as per approved entitlement criteria.
- Prepare and maintain periodic HR reports.
- Maintain departmental KPIs and related records.
- Maintain employee records and update relevant information in Oracle ERP.
- Ensure proper filing, maintenance, and archiving of HR documents and employee records.
- Review employee records periodically to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/MPA in Human Resources or a relevant field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and documentation standards.
