Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute the standardization of procedures for collecting, processing, and analysing blood, serum, plasma, other biological specimens and substances.
- Integrate the analytical data and reports with conditions while making decisions and verify and execute quality control/calibrations and assurance procedures, including information to superiors.
- Make decisions, trains and institute proper procedures to maintain accuracy and precision according to QC standards and systems, LRS, data logging QC and maintenance.
- Quality audits and standardization of analytical measures
- Training and technical skills imparting for undergraduate allied health sciences trainees.
- Coordination amongst clinical lab services regarding training and practical schedules of allied health degree programs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master in relevant discipline is preferred with relevant field with relevant 7-9 year experience
- Training, teaching, Research and development programs skills
- Good intrapersonal relationship, team player, communication skills, leadership, decision making.
