The Department of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism efficiently diagnoses, treats and manages hormonal disorders of all ages and genders, with a special focus on the management of Diabetes Mellitus. All our consultants are highly qualified in diagnosing and managing endocrine disorders.
Adhering to our philosophy of promoting overall health through a balanced diet and lifestyle changes, we also provide dedicated diabetes education that helps our patients fully understand their condition and manage it in a better way. Similarly, well-trained nutritionists are also an integral part of our team and guide our patients about leading a healthier life through diet.
Education and Training
The department has been recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan for fellowship in endocrinology. Residents of Medicine are also given exposure to the discipline. The department regularly holds CME programmes and Public awareness sessions.
