Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and availability of all telecommunication systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity across the hospital.
- Plan, implement, and monitor telecommunication infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.
- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot telecommunication systems including
- Siemens HiPath 4000, Siemens OpenScape, Nurse Call System, Queue Management System, Public Address System, Branded SMS Platform
- QueueMatic System, PTCL Messaging Services, Main Distribution Frame Optical Fiber Network, TV and LED Display Systems, Panasonic PABX
- Lead, supervise, and develop the telecommunications technical team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the operator room.
- Ensure maximum system uptime through preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain documentation of telecommunication systems, configurations, maintenance schedules, and service records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS/BE in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering from a reputable institution. Master's degree in Telecommunication, Networks, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in telecommunications, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise telecommunication systems, PABX, IP telephony, fiber optic networks, conferencing solutions, and related ICT technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
