Assistant Manager Staffing

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the assigned departments.
- Develop and publish job advertisements across appropriate platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Prepare employment offers and letters, and maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
- Liaise with department heads to assess staffing requirements and regularly update the manpower database.
- Ensure timely processing of probation confirmations, contract renewals, and annual performance appraisals, including proper documentation and follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably within a large organization or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS/Oracle HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
