Quality Management & Patient Safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all processes contributing to the performance of clinical / administration departments are conducted properly.
- Manage and maintain databases for the quality system.
- Reporting and facilitating quality events, incidents, queries, and complaints.
- Utilize guidance documents, international standards, or consensus standards and interpret for guidance.
- Communicate any critical compliance risks noted from these activities
- Timely perform and prepare reports for QA Monitoring Rounds and Internal Audits
- Timely conduct feedbacks and prepare trend analysis
- Timely facilitate the development of Quality Management Systems in departments
- Facilitate the clinical & administrative departments in risk assessment activities.
- Facilitate External Audits and Regulation Licensing Audits
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBBS /Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Biochemistry /Microbiology) / Bachelors in Physical Therapy/ BScN / B.E (Biomedical, Electrical or Civil), MBA or Quality Related course would be preferred.
- Must have 2-4 years’ experience of Hospital / health Care Setting.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
