Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all processes contributing to the performance of clinical / administration departments are conducted properly.
• Manage and maintain databases for the quality system.
• Reporting and facilitating quality events, incidents, queries, and complaints.
• Utilize guidance documents, international standards, or consensus standards and interpret for guidance.
• Communicate any critical compliance risks noted from these activities
• Timely perform and prepare reports for QA Monitoring Rounds and Internal Audits
• Timely conduct feedbacks and prepare trend analysis
• Timely facilitate the development of Quality Management Systems in departments
• Facilitate the clinical & administrative departments in risk assessment activities.
• Facilitate External Audits and Regulation Licensing Audits

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBBS /Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Biochemistry /Microbiology) / Bachelors in Physical Therapy/ BScN / B.E (Biomedical, Electrical or Civil), MBA or Quality Related course would be preferred.  
• Must have 2-4 years’ experience of Hospital / health Care Setting.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
