Senior Manager, Facilities Management
Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management Department.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water supply and other engineering services.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all hospital buildings and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor facility performance and ensure timely corrective maintenance.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services through appropriate contingency planning.
- Lead renovation, expansion, and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for construction and maintenance works.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage annual maintenance contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in facilities management with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing engineering systems, infrastructure projects, utilities, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
