Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security personnel and security posts.
• Ensure implementation of security protocols, drills, and standing orders.
• Conduct regular security rounds and maintain vigilance.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, theft prevention, and police-related matters.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• For retired armed forces personnel, the candidate must be retired at the rank of JCO having minimum 20 years of service. Minimum qualification for JCO as the retired armed forces personnel is Intermediate or equivalent.
• For civilian the requirement is Master's Degree with relevant experience of 4-5 years in security operations as security officer or equivalent.
• Training in firefighting, first aid, or life-saving drills will be preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of security personnel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
