Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and availability of all telecommunication systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity across the hospital.
- Plan, implement, and monitor telecommunication infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.
- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot telecommunication systems including Siemens HiPath 4000, Siemens OpenScape, Nurse Call System, Queue Management System, Public Address System, Branded SMS Platform QueueMatic System, PTCL Messaging Services, Main Distribution Frame Optical Fiber Network, TV and LED Display Systems, Panasonic PABX Lead, supervise, and develop the telecommunications technical team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the operator room.
- Ensure maximum system uptime through preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain documentation of telecommunication systems, configurations, maintenance schedules, and service records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS/BE in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering from a reputable institution. Master's degree in Telecommunication, Networks, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in telecommunications, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise telecommunication systems, PABX, IP telephony, fiber optic networks, conferencing solutions, and related ICT technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
