Key Responsibilities:

• Train new users/employees on proper usage of hardware and software including new features that are added.
• Perform regular organization-wide trainings and awareness sessions on system security
• Evaluate effectiveness and develop methods to make training engaging and interesting for trainees
• aintain proper documentation of all trainings such as course outlines, user manuals, guidelines and training aids.
• Able to test and provide suggestion on UI/UX of the software application.
• Manage and train the team of data entry Operators on different applications and assign appropriate locations
• Liaising with software development and IT Support team in order to keep up-to-date with any new requirement and features.
• Obtain user feedback on applications and communicate changes required to the software development team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSCS, BCS or BSc. Computer Science from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience of using latest customer-oriented software applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient at use of MS Office.
• User manual development and documentation skills.
