Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise security personnel during their shift.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols.
• Ensure serviceability of firefighting equipment and adherence to fire safety norms.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security threats and take corrective measures as and when required.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, environment and safety management system requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• For retired armed forces personnel, the candidate must be retired at the rank of Hawaldar/JCO or equivalent having minimum 15 years of service. Minimum qualification is Matric. Maximum age limit is 15 years.
• For civilian the requirement is Intermediate with relevant experience of 3-4 years on supervisory role in any private firm.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of security personnel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
